FRANK, OOO provides digital financial infrastructure services including access to loan-related workflows and disclosure materials. Any binding obligations arise exclusively after the relevant agreement has been reviewed, approved, and accepted by the user.
All representative examples on this page are denominated in Russian Ruble (RUB). Product availability is subject to creditworthiness assessment, compliance review, and applicable legal requirements.
Core loan parameters
The APR is calculated from the approved principal, applicable daily rate, origination fee, and the actual contract term. The binding rate is always fixed in the signed agreement before funds are disbursed.

The following scenarios demonstrate how total repayment is calculated under representative conditions. These are not offers.
Repayment and extension
- Payments may be made through the FRANK digital interface, via bank transfer, or through any approved partner payment channel listed in the agreement.
- Partial early repayment is accepted. Interest is recalculated on the outstanding principal for the actual number of days used, in line with applicable law.
- Full early repayment is permitted at any time without penalty. A repayment confirmation is issued within 1 business day.
- Loan extension may be offered when the accrued interest due at the extension date has been settled and internal eligibility criteria are satisfied. Extension terms are disclosed at the time of request.
- In the event of late payment, FRANK will contact the borrower using the registered contact details prior to reporting to credit bureaus, where permitted by law.
Customer rights and obligations
Rights- Receive clear pre-contract information — including principal, rate, total repayment, and APR — before accepting any agreement.
- Request clarification on rates, repayment schedule, fees, and service procedures at any time.
- Repay early without penalty, with interest calculated on the actual days of use.
- File a complaint and receive a written response within the period required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during application and throughout the servicing period.
- Meet repayment obligations on the dates and in the amounts specified in the signed agreement.
- Notify FRANK promptly of any changes to contact details, employment status, or financial circumstances that may materially affect the ability to repay.
- Use the loan proceeds lawfully and for the declared purpose.

FRANK, OOO reviews all incoming requests in accordance with internal complaints procedures and applicable consumer protection legislation. A substantive response is provided within the legally required timeframe.
If the internal resolution is unsatisfactory, users may escalate the matter to the relevant supervisory authority in accordance with applicable law.
