Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the FRANK platform, website, APIs, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. If you access the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Platform description
FRANK, OOO provides AI-powered financial infrastructure software for business clients. The Platform encompasses credit scoring, reconciliation, fraud detection, forecasting, compliance monitoring, and open banking integration services, accessible via API and web interface. Access is granted exclusively to authorized business clients under a separate commercial agreement.
Eligibility and account access
- The Platform is intended solely for business organizations and their designated authorized personnel.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify FRANK immediately of any suspected unauthorized access at dev@frankk.click.
- FRANK may suspend access if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or unauthorized credential use.
Permitted and prohibited use
Permitted
- Using the Platform for your organization's internal financial operations as described in the applicable service agreement.
- Configuring APIs and integration parameters within the documented limits.
- Accessing Platform outputs, reports, and audit trails for internal and regulatory purposes.
Prohibited
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code or model weights from the Platform.
- Reselling or sublicensing Platform access without FRANK's written consent.
- Attempting to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security mechanisms.
- Using Platform outputs in violation of applicable financial regulations or in a manner that harms third parties.
Intellectual property
All software, AI models, algorithms, and interfaces comprising the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of FRANK, OOO. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform as described herein. Data and outputs generated based on your organization's inputs remain your property, subject to FRANK's right to use anonymized signals for platform improvement.
Limitation of liability
FRANK products are decision-support tools. All consequential financial decisions remain the responsibility of authorized personnel at the client organization. FRANK does not accept liability for financial outcomes resulting from AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRANK's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the relevant client in the three months preceding the claim.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is." FRANK makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. FRANK does not warrant that AI model outputs are error-free or that the Platform meets every jurisdictional regulatory requirement.
Suspension and termination
FRANK may suspend or terminate access immediately if a user or organization breaches these Terms, fails to pay applicable fees, or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. Upon termination, access to the Platform ceases and FRANK may delete associated data subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Russian Federation unless the applicable service agreement specifies an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
Changes to these Terms
FRANK may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Platform features, or business practices. Continued use following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to clients via registered contact channels. Questions: dev@frankk.click
